Tank & Well gives homeowners free septic pump-out and well-test email reminders. The founding pilot lets an accepted service company share its own enrollment link. Customers enter their information themselves, confirm their email, and can receive a booking link for that company when a tracked service is due.
What the lean pilot includes
- A unique Tank & Well signup link to share by email, on a website, or as a QR code.
- Double-opt-in enrollment controlled by the homeowner—no customer-list uploads.
- Your name and safe booking link in due reminders after your partnership is activated.
- Aggregate counts for enrollments, confirmations, reminders sent, and booking clicks.
Who the first pilot is for
We’re starting with septic pumping and service companies, well-service companies, and certified water-testing laboratories because their customers have clear recurring care dates. Inspectors, rural real-estate professionals, extension offices, and publishers may also contact us about resource handoffs or educational collaborations.
Pilot terms, plainly stated
Up to ten accepted founding partners can use the pilot at no charge for 90 days. Applying does not create a partnership or guarantee acceptance. The current pilot does not promise leads, bookings, exclusivity, or payment. Any later paid plan would be optional and agreed to before it starts.
Tank & Well never asks a company to hand over a customer list. Homeowners enroll and confirm themselves, can unsubscribe in one click, and remain in control of their reminder information.
