Nobody bills you for your septic tank or your well, so nothing reminds you to take care of them. Fill in what you know below — everything except your email is optional — and we’ll email you when it is time to review septic maintenance or arrange annual well testing.

Why we ask for dates later: EPA and CDC guidance treats septic maintenance and private-well testing as recurring household tasks. A real date lets the reminder arrive before the work is due, instead of becoming another vague checklist item.

We set a maintenance review reminder three years later. Follow any earlier inspection or service date your professional specifies; this does not predict when pumping is needed. Leave blank if unknown.

Recommended annually, along with coliform and nitrate. Use the date of a panel only if it included both pH and total dissolved solids.

Check with your health department about additional tests and testing after flooding, repairs or changes in water quality. Alternative septic systems may need more frequent service. A reminder is a planning aid, not a safety assessment. Each signup or date change takes effect after you confirm it by email. For a new signup with no dates, no timed reminder can be scheduled. Blank fields keep dates you previously confirmed.
